When Angela from Eco & Ivory approached me about this styled shoot at Succop Nature Park, it was an immediate yes. Not only did this project draw on the talents of some of Pittsburgh's coolest and most thoughtful wedding pros, but every detail was planned to showcase what eco-friendly wedding design can do. I was delighted to bring 100% locally grown flowers to one of my favorite wedding venues and see all the beauty that the other vendors brought, too. Massive kudos to Linnea for her soft, dreamlike images of this day!
With a color palette focused on rose quartz and moss green, supported by the best summer pastels - finding the right florals mid-summer was easy and beautiful.
We sourced all our blooms from our local flower farmer friends at Brynhill, Sol Patch Garden, and from our very own Lauren Seiple. A few stems here and there were foraged from my home.

Update: Since first writing about this project, it has been featured in Modern Weddings! Loved the feature that they did on the shoot, and what Angela had to say about us:
Bramble & Blossom, who is perhaps the most sustainable florist around Pittsburgh, provided the florals. They use only seasonal and American grown flowers and forage many of their own florals and greenery locally. They found some very unique blooms from a few nearby farms to incorporate into the arrangements for the shoot.
